Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping

We offer standard shipping within the United States. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the total weight of your order and your delivery location.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Delivery Time

Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days. If you require faster delivery, we offer expedited shipping options at an additional cost.

We ship via USPS Ground Advantage or UPS. Shipping starts at $5.60 and may vary based on your location and package weight.

Tracking

All orders come with tracking information. You will receive a tracking number via email once your package has shipped, so you can monitor its journey.

Josspure LLC Shipping Protection

At checkout, customers have the option to add Josspure Shipping Protection, which covers:

  • Lost packages

  • Stolen packages

  • Damaged packages

If Shipping Protection is purchased, we will replace your order at no cost to you.

If Shipping Protection is not purchased, Josspure is not liable for:

  • Lost packages

  • Stolen packages

  • Packages damaged during transit

  • Carrier delays

Without Shipping Protection, no replacement or refund can be provided for these issues, as they are outside of our control.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged and you purchased Shipping Protection, please contact us immediately with photos so we can process a replacement.

If Shipping Protection was not purchased, we are unable to replace or refund items damaged in transit.

Incorrect or Insufficient Address

An important thing to note:

1) A loss of package due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer is not covered. In the event an incorrect shipping address is provided, once the item has been returned to Josspure LLC, it will only be reshipped once the shipping has been paid in full by the customer again.

2) Please DOUBLE and TRIPLE check you have provided the correct address. Please make sure to include your UNIT # or APARTMENT # if you have one. The leading cause of items being returned/lost is due to an insufficient/wrong address.

3) Josspure LLC is not responsible for any delays once the packages has been handed off to the USPS but will make every effort to assist in resolving the delay.
